Our client is looking for an ambitious and talented Surveyor to join our growing Team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will work closely with their team of experts to deliver high-quality services to their clients in the areas of Compensation, infrastructure and utilities, and general property and land consultancy.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Advise landowners, promoters and developers affected by Statutory Bodies assets, including in the preparation of notices, preparation of compensation claims and negotiation of claims and agreements and removal of said assets.
  • Advise project promoters, landowners and developers on strategic advice for their development aspirations
  • Produce valuations and reports
  • Prepare development appraisals and undertake valuations in connection with claims against Statutory Bodies
  • Build relationships with key clients and seek to extend instructions and secure new instructions from new and existing clients
  • Prepare reports and advice notes in accordance with the business’s quality assurance procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Experience negotiating and advising clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
