Our client is a leading provider of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions to our clients. As a subsidiary of a global leader in CHP technology, we are committed to driving growth and excellence in the UK market.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth strategy for our clients CHP solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the energy sector, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets for NG, LNG, LPG and Biogas CHP solutions in the UK.
  • Build, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, to expand our clients UK’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications/Skills: 

  • Demonstrable experience in a senior sales management role within the energy sector, preferably with experience in CHP or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and develop actionable plans.
  • Strong network within the energy sector and a deep understanding of the UK market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
